LLOYD High Temperature Shut-Off Valve

High Temperature Shut-Off valve: temperature sensitive device installed on the outlet of a “steam & water” mixing valve. As water temperatures fluctuate due to changes in water pressure, steam pressure, operator error or mechanical failure, this thermostatically controlled safety valve insures tight shut-off when temperatures exceed the predetermined set point. ¾” NPT male x ¾” NPT Female Connection. ½” NPT Female Thermometer Port. Includes Stainless Steel Thermometer(50F-500F). This unit is Brass but a Stainless Steel version is available upon special request.
The LLOYD is available with actuation shut off at 160°F, 180°F and 195°F degrees.
Note: This valve will automatically reset upon cooling. LLOYD is available in brass or stainless steel and works with all brands of steam & water mixing valves.
