At Saldesia.com, our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns for most items within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact our experienced Customer Service staff to receive a return authorization. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Restocking fees are applicable and vary based on the manufacturer of the product
30-Day Return Policy
in general, you have 30 days to return an unused item(s) in new condition with all original packaging and screws and packaging that has not been installed, used, worn or modified from the date of shipment. Return policies and restocking fees vary by manufacturer (see Restocking below). You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges. No credit will be issued unless products are received in good re-sellable condition. After 30 days, all sales are considered final. Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered.

We do not accept any unauthorized returns. Please contact us prior to returning any item(s).
Step 1: Obtain Authorization and Instructions
When you call or email, please provide your contact information, order details, reason for return and any other important details.
All returns will be handled on a case by case basis at our discretion and we reserve the right to approve or deny a request

- If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
- You may return your Saldesia purchase within 30 days from shipment date. If the return falls outside of this period, poor packaging, used, damaged or not in its original packaging, Saldesia cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund.
Step 3: Refunds
The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control; although once we do receive your return we will process it as quickly as possible. We need to allow at least 10-14 business days to receive and process your return.
Although Saldesia will refund the money within several business days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may request time to process your refund and for it to reach your account. We will notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the return product(s). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please do not request a charge-back from your credit card company during the return process.
Restocking fees are applicable and vary based on the manufacturer of the product.
- Hillbrush Return Policy: Returns must be arranged and approved in advance. There is a restocking fee up to 35%, depending on the condition of product(s). Freight charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility. No damaged or obsolete products will be accepted.
- Tingley Rubber: No merchandise may be returned without prior written authorization from Tingley Rubber Corporation. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. Merchandise must be a current stock item and in saleable condition. Special Production Orders and discontinued merchandise are non-returnable. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Returns of non-defective merchandise will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee plus freight charges in and out. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed for merchandise beyond 1 year from date of sale. Additional charges may be assessed if merchandise needs to be reboxed, relabeled or rebagged. Return goods authorizations (RGAs) are valid for 90 days from date of issue.
- Detectamet: 30-day Return Policy. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. Customer to handle the return shipping if Detectamet has made no error. Some items are made-to-order and cannot be returned. A Return Goods Authorization will be provided for all returns, which should accompany the product when returned. Credit will be issued upon receipt of goods.
Damaged or Defective Product(s):
If a product is damaged or defective you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos showing the damage or defect, and we will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective item. To return a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email to obtain return instructions. Please do not ship anything back without prior authorization. Century Hardware cannot be responsible for shortage claims beyond 7 days of delivered date.
Customer is responsible for returning damaged or defective merchandise to Saldesia at the address listed in Step 2 of the Return Process. We will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item. All damaged or defective returns are subject to verification.
Requirements for Cleaning and Maintenance
To clean and maintain hardware purchased from Saldesia, use a soft, wet cloth material and water. Never at any time should the hardware be cleaned with a caustic, chemical or abrasive cleanser.
No cancellations will be allowed after 24 hours of order placement. For immediate assistance, please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible via email.
If an item is not available due to backorder on an order with multiple items, we will notify you via email as to how to proceed with your order.

Your order will be delivered in approximately 5 to 12 business days (excluding holidays) to all continental US addresses, following credit card authentication and payment verification. For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 days for delivery. For delivery to PO boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery.
