61″ type 304 stainless steel handle with a polypropylene grip and european threads. Our standard handles like the aluminum perform very well in normal circumstances. While our stainless steel handles are heavier and more expensive than the standard options, they are also much stronger. Stainless steel handles are typically used in highly corrosive environments, or where there is an outsize requirement for sheer strength, or where the handle is likely to come into constant direct contact with food, or where an aluminum or plastic pole is likely to be scraped on stainless steel edges. A shorter 53″ stainless steel handle is available.
